Wolves and Wintery Tales

A bit of a delay before posting this one as there’s been so much going on!

A little wee wintery paragraph I wrote about family storytelling appeared in the latest issue of the Pretty Nostalgic Compendium. I love a good story, and I’ve done a lot of work in the past based around the idea that getting together, being creative, and letting your mind travel to distant imaginary places is beneficial to wellbeing and the social links between friends and family.

There’s also a little photo credit for the wolf picture! This little wolf has been sold, but I was super pleased to see him in print – I think he looks lovely!

This week is all custom orders – it’s great but it means there’s little time to make much else! I’m trying to alternate it each day, one day owl wedding cake toppers, the next – birds, the next – bumblebees, etc. I’m going to try and find a minute of two to make a new axolotl – I simply love making them and I’ve not managed to have one on Knittynudo for long before it sells! I’ve sketched a few ideas for some new designs too so keep a look out for those!

As for my new year’s resolutions, I’m still keeping them close to me. Now I’m off for some blackberries, pomegranate seeds, and strawberry yoghurt. Yum!

Speak soon!
