I had a new mindfulness article published last week, this time looking at how time affects our levels of stress and enjoyment.
It’s always such a pleasure to be published in Om Yoga. They’re such lovely people, and it’s a sheer delight to write features which might help people to focus on their own wellbeing. It’s also a bit of a thrill to see ‘Caroline Brown investigates…’ I feel like an existential detective!
My own sense of balance has been a bit off of late. The Christmas break was a much needed rest, but now I’m back to my full time day job as well as furiously writing to meet deadlines and designing and felting. I haven’t produced half as many creatures as I would have liked to, as my new day job has proved to be much more mentally demanding than I’d hoped, particularly since returning after Christmas. No doubt I will get used to it, but for now I’m going to drink lots of camomile tea and try to look after myself.
